This shirt is so comfortable and I've been told "thanks for the reminder" by a handful of people when I wear it. It makes me smile. It's not just a reminder for me.
I wore my 'You are not your Trauma' buttery soft t-shirt to a much needed break from the every day - a music concert! Isn't it 'Ironic' that most songs were about recovering from trauma, heartbreak or about how messed up some social norms are. Crowds are not my thing, but I did my best as I too am not my Trauma. There I was and there I enjoyed singing along with the masses and Alanis Morissette, 'Thank You'!

I did mention that I bought a shirt for my mom. The picture I sent shows her on the right and myself on the left. She wanted to stand up to stigma and support me in mental health awareness. The shirt is a great it for her (size large). The length is great since she likes her shirts a hair longer. When I first showed her the size chart, she mentioned "this is a bit different". Between two sizes, she picked the size most comfortable to her. After wearing the purchase for the first time, she loves what she ordered and is proud she is not her trauma. In the future, she did say she wouldn't mind ordering from OYS again. I'm sure she'll find something great for her that's comfortable to her liking. All in all, its a great shirt to wear!
