Mental Health Matters, what better way to show support and own your own stigma than in a comfy cute crew neck!
This sweater is so soft inside. I got it in a medium (usually wear a large) and the fit is perfect everywhere.
The sweater is a perfect size and really comfy!!! I am a therapist and am ALL about self care 😊

Super comfortable
It’s super comfy and the perfect talking piece!!
Obsessed with this sweatshirt!!
It's comfy, enormous (I love oversized tees and sweaters) and its message is reaching lot of people who really need it. I love it as mental health advocate, helping people around, even complete unknown people, to remind them self care is not just a need, it is what we all need, and it rules!
The sweatshirt is amazingly soft. Its not super hot and I got numerous comments at work about it when I was working at my desk.
Excellent quality! Accurate sizing. Love it
