This shirt is so soft and fits true to size. I love the color options. Ultimately I chose this color because it wasn't a bright pink which is hard to find! Great quality!

Mental wellness is so important. When you work on your physical wellness, people see you at a gym. When you are doing the inner work it’s not seen as much, like journaling, meditation, reading/podcasts, they are all usually done in private and not boasted about. Finding this shirt and wearing it (and many more I’ll be ordering) might just help strike a conversation to share what helps, experiences or feelings.

I'm a small-ish woman, 5'3," slim. If you're like me, you'll need to size down. I ordered an S and it fits me like a women's medium or large. Probably going to alter/crop it to make it workable in my wardrobe.
