Love this hat! It fits great and I love the destressed look. The message is so important to me. After experiencing mental health struggles most of my life and burn out, I have learned to be kind to my mind, so this is a very personal message to me.
The hat is beautiful. It helps me because mindfulness of my mental health by asking myself throughout the day how I am doing? Whenever I wear it, I notice people reading it and smiling.
