Youth Mental Health Canada is a community-based, youth-led charitable non-profit organization focused on youth, family and community engagement for mental health education, support, advocacy and change.

 

For the last 35 years, the Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP) has been an advocate for suicide prevention, envisioning a Canada without suicide.

 

The Trevor Project is an American nonprofit organization founded in 1998 focused on suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth. 

 

Psychiatric Assistance Dogs Foundation (PADS) are committed to improving the quality of life and independence of people with psychiatric disabilities, by having a psychiatric assistance dog. Based in the United Kingdom. 

 

The Child Mind Institute is an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders. 

 

The Black Mental Health Alliance exists to develop, promote and sponsor trusted culturally-relevant educational forums, trainings and referral services that support the health and well-being of Black people and their communities.

 

The Canadian Mental Health Association is the most established and extensive community mental health organization in Canada.
